Photography is not my passion; people is. I am just curious about people, their stories, what drives them, what are they going through now, what have they been through, and what is next for them.

Portraits is still a genre I hold close to heart, with a strong belief that a profile photo need to be authentic with a genuine smile. Because we are all humans, we can tell if a profile photo smile is real or the “Ready? 1, 2, 3, Smile!” and that makes all the difference.

It is about being real because your profile photo is to connect with the viewer, not yourself. Thus, do not go judging about how wide that smile should be, how the pose should be, or how the outfits doesn’t match (Unless we are dealing with a fashion shoot)

Because if you can do a real smile, that’s all that they will notice. And just like how you will notice in other people’s profile photo.
